At LEDLIGHTS.IO we value our customers and their product satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy. To access our return portal, please click on the login button located on the top right corner of our website.
We accept returns for products within 14 days of the purchase period. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
(Clearance items are NOT eligible for returns)
For orders under $100.00, we offer a store credit or the option for a full refund, while for orders over $100.00, please provide a photo of the item and return it to our office address mentioned below in its original condition. To begin the return or exchange process, Click Here.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damages or discrepancies. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that the refund will be issued after we receive the product and verify its original condition.
Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, we will mention this on the product page, and the purchase will be considered final.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return process. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements.
Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Car Bulbs in applications other than the replacement of standard car bulbs in standard vehicles. Please email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
