Return Policy:
We accept returns for products within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However if you've received the wrong or defective product you have 30 days from the delivery date, which you are eligible for an exchange only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For orders under $100.00, we offer a store credit or the option for a full refund, while for orders over $100.00, please provide photos of the item and return it to our office address mentioned below in its original condition. To begin the return or exchange process, Click Here.

Please do not send a return, unless it has been approved by our team. Please contact our customer service team before shipping any returns. Each product has a designated return address, and sending it to the incorrect location may result in your return being denied.

Refund Policy:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damages or discrepancies. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that the refund will be issued after we receive the product and verify its original condition. Returned products are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.
Exchange Policy:

Exceptions Policy:
Certain products, such as customized or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or refund. In such cases, we will mention this on the product page, and the purchase will be considered final.
Shipping Charges:
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return process. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Car Bulbs in applications other than the replacement of standard car bulbs in standard vehicles. Please email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
