The only negative is you are not able to speak to a person on the phone if you have questions about the product. Although it posts a phone number to call if you have concerns , You can only address your questions by email That’s a problem in the time it takes to get back to you. The product we received did not have the housing needed to install the under cabinet lights of an existing cabinet. It was not new construction so customer did not want holes drilled into cabinet. We just need to know if they had the housing that we could purchase separately. They do not give advice on the product or instructions on install they said . I repeatedly emailed that we don’t need those questions answered just need to know the housing issues. I finally emailed that can I return them and get an item that would work with housing for install. They just kept sending me ai generated information that was not helpful. If only i could have spoken to a real person the whole ordeal would’ve been over in minutes rather than days. I understand it is not the people receiving the emails it’s the company’s policy. So as a master electrician who has been in business for 50 years I will not be doing future business with this company I was able to come up with something that worked but the time and energy conversing with them was not worth it.
