Installed in display cabinets w/mahogany interior and glass doors. Cabinets are mostly crystal glassware, one has brass figurines. These are driven by quality dimmable driver and Lutron dimmer. The quality of light appears very good. I doubt the claim of 90 CRI as a bright red swatch or velvet had a softer red under these lights. As display lights for glassware, accurate color rendition is less critical.
The one item I’d like to see is the 24VDC version offered, which the manufacturer apparently does offer. We do commonly use 24VDC led light strips, we have 24VDC drivers always on hand and the option to integrate these with a led light strip circuit off same driver would be great. While the lumens output of these is acceptable, the 24VDC should offer more lumens, which is always a good thing as long as I use a dimmable driver. We’ll continue to install these in future projects, best of this type we’ve seen for in-cabinet lighting
